Everyone has a startup idea at a party. The person who builds it on Monday is the only one who counts.

Ideas are common and cheap, which is uncomfortable if you have been protecting one. The scarce thing is the unglamorous stretch afterward, where an idea stops being a pleasant thought and turns into a hundred small decisions, most of them boring. Nearly everyone drops out at that transition, which is why it is where the whole difference gets made.
Take whichever idea you have been carrying and do one concrete thing with it before the week ends. Something that exists outside your head, however small.
Which idea of yours never survived the weekend?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
