You don’t need to see the runway when you trust the Pilot.

Trust makes incomplete information survivable. You cannot see how the situation resolves, and the demand for a visible plan before taking a step is really a demand to be in control of the outcome. What changes the experience is not more information but confidence in who is handling it, which is a different kind of security.

Take the next step you can actually see rather than waiting for the full route. Write down what you are afraid of, plainly, so it stops circling. Then go ahead, unfinished picture and all.
