Believing on the couch changes nothing. Faith gets its shoes on.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Belief that never reaches your schedule stays theoretical. Agreeing with something costs nothing, and agreement is easy to mistake for commitment because both feel sincere from the inside. What separates them is whether anything about your week looks different, which is a much harder test and the only one that reports honestly.
Take one thing you say you believe and attach a concrete action to it this week: an hour, a sum of money, a visit, an apology. Put it in the calendar rather than in your intentions. Small and actual beats large and sincere.
What do you say you believe but never actually act on?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
