Every morning you wake up, God deposits twenty-four hours. Spend them like they matter.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Time arrives in equal portions and cannot be saved for later, which makes it unlike almost anything else you are given. Everyone gets the same amount each morning and the differences come entirely from what it gets spent on, mostly through small unnoticed decisions rather than large ones. A day cannot be stored, only used or lost.

Look at yesterday honestly and name where the hours went, without turning it into an accusation. Then choose two blocks of tomorrow deliberately, in advance. Spending a few hours on purpose is a realistic goal, and it changes the rest.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Which hours of yesterday would you want refunded?
