Faith isn’t a filter you put on your life. It’s the camera lens.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

A filter sits on top of an image and changes how it looks without changing what is there. A lens is the thing you see through, and it determines what is visible in the first place. The distinction matters because faith used decoratively adds vocabulary to a life that is otherwise unchanged, while faith as a lens alters what you notice and what you count as important.

Look at one ordinary decision this week, about money, time or a person, and ask what you actually see when you look through it. Then decide accordingly.
