Nobody hands you a manual for growing up. You write it as you go, one crossed-out page at a time.

There are no instructions for this, and the absence is not a sign that everyone else received a copy. Everybody is drafting it as they go, revising after things go badly, keeping what worked, crossing out the parts that turned out to be wrong. The improvised quality is universal even when it looks otherwise.

Stop waiting to feel qualified before making decisions. Write down what you have worked out so far, in plain terms, and treat it as a draft you are allowed to amend. Amending it is the method, not a failure of it.
