A vague post aimed at one person isn’t clever. It’s a confrontation without the courage.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A message aimed at someone without naming them gets you the satisfaction of saying it and none of the responsibility for having said it. The target always knows, the audience usually guesses, and the whole thing reads as an unwillingness to have the conversation. A private problem becomes a public performance. Nobody involved comes out of it better.
If you have something to say to a person, say it to the person. If it is not worth a direct conversation, it is not worth posting. Delete the draft and choose one of those two.
Who should have heard that from you directly instead?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
