RESILIENCE
Even work you would rather not be doing is running a live demonstration of something: how a system holds together, how people behave under pressure, what you can tolerate and what you cannot. None of that makes the job good or means you should stay. It only means the hours are spent either way, so leave with something.
Before you go, write down what you learned that was not in the job description. Include the things you now know you will not accept again. That list is often the most valuable thing the job produced.
