Picking up a new habit takes weeks. Uninstalling an old one takes longer. Choose carefully what you practice.

RESILIENCE
Repetition does not care whether what you are repeating is good for you. Anything done often enough gets written into the part of you that acts before deciding, and removal is harder than installation because the old route stays available even after a better one exists. What you rehearse casually now is what you will do automatically later.
Look at one thing you do most days without choosing it and ask whether you would install it deliberately. If not, work on replacing rather than deleting, since an empty slot tends to refill itself. Give the new version the same repetition the old one got.
