Leave every job, team, and group chat a little better than you found it. That’s a legacy anybody can afford.

LEADERSHIP
Improvement does not require authority or a budget. Most groups are held up by a handful of people who quietly tidy, include and finish things, and none of that costs money or a position. It is a kind of contribution available at any age, in any room, to anybody who decides to make it.
Choose one group you belong to and do a single unasked thing that makes it better: welcome the new person, fix what everyone complains about, write down what only you know. Skip the announcement. Do it often enough that the place is visibly different when you leave.
What would you leave better before you move on?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
