Your mindset is whatever your hand grabs first when things go wrong: the phone, the excuse or the plan.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Attitude is far easier to read in the first thirty seconds after something goes wrong than in anything a person says about themselves. The reflex shows the pattern: distraction, explanation, or the first practical step. None of those reflexes are fixed, though every one of them gets practiced.
Notice what your hand actually reaches for the next time something breaks. Do not judge it, just name it accurately. Then once this week, deliberately reach for the plan first, and see how much faster the situation gets smaller.
What do you reach for when something goes wrong?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
