You find out who you are by what you refuse to trade, even when the offer is good.

REFLECTION
Values are cheap while nothing is at stake. They become real only where holding one costs you something you wanted, which is why you cannot fully know yours until an attractive offer turns up. A bad offer tests nothing at all. The good one, the one that would genuinely improve your situation, is the actual examination.
Decide in advance what you will not trade, and write it down while nothing is pressing. Deciding is much harder with the offer sitting in front of you. A line drawn early holds better than one drawn under pressure.
What would you turn down even at a great price?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
