What happened to you is part of the story. It doesn’t get to be the title.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Something that happened to you is real, it mattered, and it belongs in any honest account of your life. The question is how much of that account it gets to organise. When one event becomes the heading, everything else has to be read through it, including the parts that had nothing to do with it. That is a great deal of authority for a single chapter to hold.
You do not have to minimise it or be finished with it. Tell one person about something else this week, and notice what else is in there.
What hard chapter have you let define your whole story?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
