Every trophy eventually becomes a dust collector. The habits that won it don’t.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
The prize is a receipt for something that already happened, and it stops paying out almost immediately. What keeps paying is the set of ordinary behaviors that produced it, because those are still in your hands next season and in rooms where nobody has heard of the win. Results are events. Habits are property.
Rather than tallying what you have achieved, write down the three things you did repeatedly to get there. Check whether you are still doing them now that nobody is counting. Those are the part worth protecting.
Which habit from an old win have you kept?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
