Picture a year with no school, no job and no pressure. What you’d fill it with says what you’re really hungry for.

REFLECTION
Obligations fill a day so completely that they hide what you would move toward on your own. Imagining their absence is not escapism, it is a way of getting an answer the busy version of you cannot give, because everything it wants is already accounted for. What you reach for when nothing is required is real information.
Give the question ten honest minutes and write the answer down without editing it for how sensible it sounds. Then look for the smallest piece of it that fits inside your actual week. A whole free year is not available, but two hours of one usually are.
What would you fill a free year with after resting?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
