LEADERSHIP
Early ambition tends to be undifferentiated: more of everything, all at once, in every direction. Later it narrows, not from diminished appetite but from having learned that pursuing everything means doing all of it badly and none of it long enough to matter. Choosing a few things and letting the rest go is what actually produces depth.
Name the two or three things you would like to have gone deep on in ten years. Then look at your week and see what portion actually serves them. The gap between the two lists is where most of your available progress is sitting.
Which few ambitions still matter to you now?
