Drop the word “guilty” from guilty pleasure. If it hurts nobody, it’s just a pleasure.

Calling something a guilty pleasure is a way of enjoying it while apologising in advance. The apology is usually addressed to an imagined audience with strict taste, and that audience has no authority over your evenings. If nobody is harmed, the guilt is a tax you agreed to pay for no reason.
Name one thing you like that you always introduce with an excuse. Say it plainly next time, with no softening clause attached. Watch how little anyone actually cares, and how much easier it becomes to simply enjoy the thing.
What do you enjoy while apologizing for enjoying it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
