STILLNESS
STILLNESS
An unformed plan does not survive feedback well. Said out loud too early, it collects opinions from people who have not thought about it, the opinions stick, and soon you are defending a version sanded down to whatever the room found acceptable. Ideas need privacy at the start for the same reason seedlings need shelter.
Keep your early plans somewhere with no audience attached. Get them solid enough that you could defend them before you invite anyone in. Feedback is valuable later, once there is something there to survive it.
