Trade what’s easy for you for what’s hard for them. That’s the whole economy, and it works in friendships too.

Exchange works because people are good at different things. What costs you an hour might cost somebody else a day, and the reverse is true somewhere else, so trading the easy parts leaves both of you better off with no heroics required. Friendships run on this as much as economies do.
Work out what is genuinely easy for you and offer it where it is scarce. Then let other people handle the things you find hard instead of struggling through them alone. Asking for that is not a debt, it is the other half of the same arrangement.
Who needs the thing you can do without any effort?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
