Trust works like app permissions. Not everyone gets access to your camera, contacts, and location.

Trust is not one switch that is either on or off. Different people have earned different levels of access to your time, your history and your plans, and granting everyone the same level is how things end up where you never wanted them. Closeness and full access are not the same.

Think of one person who currently knows more about your life than the relationship has earned. You do not need a confrontation, only a quieter setting going forward. Give the deepest access to the few who have shown, over time, what they do with it.
