Chess players give up a knight on purpose. Sometimes losing the small thing is how you take the board.

RESILIENCE
Giving something up on purpose is different from losing it. A planned loss buys position, information or time, and the discomfort of handing over something real is exactly what makes the trade work. What looks like a setback from outside can be the move that decided the whole thing.
Look at what you are holding on to mainly because letting go would feel like defeat. Ask what you would gain by releasing it deliberately, on your own terms, this week. Trade the smaller thing while you can still choose which one it is.
What small thing could you give up to win bigger?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
