Every walk, glass of water and early night is a deposit into a savings account you’ll need at 60.

REFLECTION
Health accumulates in small deposits that feel too minor to count. A walk, a glass of water, a night with enough sleep: none of them change anything today, which is exactly why they are easy to skip, and all of them are being recorded somewhere you cannot see. The account is only visible decades later.
Choose the smallest version of one good habit and keep it, rather than a large version you will drop by February. The consistency is the whole mechanism, not the size. Be kind about the days you miss, since the total is what counts and one day barely moves it.
What are you doing today that your sixty-year-old body will thank you for?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
