Your teen bedroom is a time capsule. The posters on the wall say who you were trying to be.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
What you put on your walls was a first draft of an identity, chosen before you had much evidence about yourself. There is nothing embarrassing in that. Most people find themselves by trying on versions and keeping the parts that held, and a bedroom is just where that happened to show.
Look at what surrounds you now with the same eye. Your feed, your playlists, the people whose opinions you check before you form your own. Those are the current posters, and they are telling you something about who you are aiming at.
Who were you trying to become when you decorated your room?
