The saddest thing to take to the end is a talent you never unpacked.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
An ability that never gets used does not disappear, it stays folded up and unavailable, and it quietly becomes a source of regret because the potential stays obvious to you. Usually this is not laziness, it is a fear of finding out the thing is only average. That fear costs considerably more than the answer would.
Take whatever you suspect you might be good at and give it a serious two months. Not a career decision, just long enough to see. Knowing is much easier to live with than wondering.
Which ability of yours have you never given a chance?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
