One day people will stand in a room and describe you in about three sentences. You’re writing them now.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A whole life compresses, in other people’s mouths, into a few plain things you were reliably like. Not your job title or your best moment, but the qualities that showed up often enough to be obvious: how you treated people, what you could be counted on for. Those sentences are made of repetitions, not highlights.
Ask what three things you would want said, then look at whether this week supports them. Where it does not, adjust one ordinary habit rather than planning a transformation. Character is assembled out of what you do on unremarkable days.
Which three sentences would people use about you today?
