On low power mode, your phone shuts off everything that doesn’t matter. Try that with your week.

When resources are short, the sensible response is to reduce function rather than keep everything running at once. Background processes go first and nothing essential is lost. Most weeks have the same structure, a small number of things that genuinely matter and a large number that run out of habit.
If this week is a hard one, choose the three things that have to happen and let the rest idle. Tell whoever needs telling. Running reduced on purpose is far better than running everything badly and then stopping.
If your week ran on reserve power, what would you cut?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
