Nobody hands you a receipt for a wasted Saturday, but you still paid for it.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Money leaves a trail and time does not, so hours go out the door without anything to show what they cost. A day spent drifting feels free while it is happening and expensive only in hindsight, when there is nothing left to point at. The absence of a bill is not the same as the absence of a price.
Try giving one day of the week a shape before it starts, even a loose one. Two things you actually want to have done, and the rest left open. Rest counts, as long as you chose it rather than fell into it.
What did last Saturday cost you without you noticing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
