A year gives you 52 weeks to try again. That’s a lot of second chances for one calendar.

RESILIENCE
A bad week is a small unit when you look at how many of them a year contains. The mistake is treating one broken stretch as the verdict on the whole attempt, then waiting for some clean future point to restart. There is another beginning available within days, always, and no announcement required.
If something fell over recently, restart it at the next natural boundary rather than next year. Keep whatever was working and change one thing that was not. Counting how many attempts you have left is more useful than counting the ones you missed.
What could you restart this week instead of next year?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
