New people deserve a fair shot, not the Wi-Fi password to your whole life on day one.

Access is not the same thing as welcome. Someone new can be met warmly, included and given real attention without receiving your entire history in the first month. Handing all of it over early is often a way of skipping past the part where you find out who they are.
Be generous with your time and slower with the details. Tell a new person one real thing and watch how they hold it. Depth is much easier to add later than to take back.
Who got your whole story before they earned any of it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
