Bad team chemistry isn’t fixed by a speech. It’s fixed by one person being reliable for a long time.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Trust is built from accumulated evidence, which means a speech cannot create it and no single gesture can either. What changes a group is one person being predictable over months: turning up, doing what they said, behaving the same way after a loss as after a win. Slowly the others adjust around that. It is unglamorous, and it is the only approach that has ever worked.

Be that person in one specific, boring way this season. Always on time, or always honest about mistakes, or always the same with everyone. Choose one and hold it for three months, which is roughly when people start relying on it.
