A boat with water in it can still sail. Bail what you can and keep heading home.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Not every problem has to be solved before you keep going. A boat taking on a little water still moves, and waiting until it is perfectly dry means drifting while you fix things. Managing a leak and heading home at the same time is usually the real choice in front of you.

Look at whatever is half broken in your week and ask what the smallest amount of bailing is that keeps you moving. It might be one message, one apology, one night of proper sleep. Do that much, then carry on in the direction you were already going.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What could you bail out and keep going with?
