A good team can lose and still trust each other. A bad team blames before the bus leaves.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Losing does not damage a group; blaming does. A team that keeps its trust after a bad result still has everything it needs for the next one, while a team that starts assigning fault on the way to the bus has added a second problem to the first. The difference shows up fastest in the twenty minutes after the final whistle.

After the next loss, make your first sentence about something other than who caused it. Say what you would personally do differently and leave it there. If the blaming starts around you, you do not have to join in, and that choice is more visible than you think.
