Bees do a waggle dance to tell the hive where the flowers are. Real success shares the directions.

LEADERSHIP
Information about where the good things are is worth more when it circulates, because a hive that hoards individually starves collectively. People who find something and tell nobody get a short advantage and then a lonely one. Passing the directions on costs you very little and builds a group that feeds you back. Most real success has that pattern inside it.
Share one thing you worked out this week with somebody who could use it: the place that is hiring, the teacher worth taking, how you solved the problem. Do it without making it a favour. Notice who does the same in return.
What have you figured out that you’ve never explained to anyone?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
