Applying to fifty jobs and hearing back from three isn’t unusual. It’s math, not a verdict on your worth.

Hiring is a volume process on their side and a personal one on yours, which is why the numbers land like a judgment. Most postings draw hundreds of applications, a human reads a fraction, and the gap between sent and answered comes down to arithmetic and timing. None of that carries information about whether you are any good. It only tells you how crowded the channel is.
Keep a plain list of what you sent and when, so the silence becomes data rather than a verdict. Then point some effort at quieter channels: people you know, places you can walk into, somebody willing to mention your name.
Are you reading plain numbers as a judgment of your worth?
