Talent gets you the first call. Being easy to work with gets you the second one.

LEADERSHIP
Ability opens a door once. Whether anybody invites you back rests on duller things: turning up on time, answering messages, taking a correction without sulking, not turning a small problem into a whole afternoon. Most people are chosen the second time because of how the first time felt to work alongside. Talent is necessary and almost never the deciding factor.
Think about the last thing you did with other people and name the habit that made you harder to work with. Lateness, silence, defensiveness. Fix only that one on your next shift and notice who starts asking for you.
Would the last team you joined ask you back again?
