Confidence has a short memory. Once you know how something works it becomes hard to recall being the person who did not, and that forgetting is where most impatience with beginners comes from. The gap between you and somebody lost is usually a few months rather than a category of person. Holding that in mind costs nothing and changes how you speak to people.
Find somebody newer than you this week and include them in something: a seat, a group chat, an explanation they did not have to ask for twice. Do not make a project of them. Leave the door slightly wider than you found it.
Who is new and standing slightly outside your group right now?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
