The judges see two and a half minutes. The team lived inside that routine all season.

LEADERSHIP
Any performance is a thin slice of an enormous amount of work, and the people scoring it only ever see the slice. That is not unfair, it is simply the shape of judging, and it means a score can never account for what the season cost you. Your own knowledge of the work sits separately from the result and needs nobody else to confirm it. Both things exist at once.
After the next thing you are judged on, write your own account of the season before you look at the placings. What you fixed, what you learned, who you became in that room.
Did a whole season of yours get judged in a few minutes?
