People will forget your title at the job. They’ll remember if you trained the new hire well.

Titles evaporate from memory within a couple of years while how you treated people stays remarkably intact. Nobody will recall whether you were a supervisor; the person you were patient with during their first week will remember that for a decade. There is both comfort and a nudge in this, because it means the memorable part of any job is mostly within your control.
Think about the newest person near you and do one thing that makes their week easier. Explain whatever nobody explained to you. Rank matters less than this, and it is available at whatever level you happen to be.
Who would remember you kindly from a job you already left?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
