LEADERSHIP
Talking about a goal delivers a small portion of the satisfaction of pursuing one, which is exactly what makes it risky. Describing yourself as somebody who is about to do something feels close enough to doing it that the posting quietly replaces the practice. Time booked is the only honest record. A calendar is unimpressed by intention, which is why the evidence lives there.
Look at the last fortnight and count the hours that went into whatever you say you are working on. If the number is small, book three specific slots for the next two weeks and say less until they are done.
Does what you post about match how you spend your hours?
