Somebody built every road you drove on today without ever meeting you. Do work like that.

LEADERSHIP
An enormous amount of what makes your day possible was made by strangers who will never know you used it. Roads, pipes, code, the design of a bus timetable: all built for people the builders would never meet, and none of it thanked. That is a high form of work and a quietly available one. Usefulness does not need recognition in order to be real.
Do one thing this week for somebody you will not meet. Fix the instructions, label the shelf properly, write the handover for whoever comes after you. Nobody will know it was you, which is the point.
What have you made that helps people you will never meet?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
