Success at nineteen can look like a paycheck, one real skill and not lying to yourself. That counts.

LEADERSHIP
At nineteen the measures handed to you are mostly about where you got in and what you are going to become. A truer scorecard for that age is simpler: you are earning something, you can do one thing properly, and you are not telling yourself a story about your situation. Those three put you in decent shape. Anything beyond them is ahead of schedule rather than required.
Check yourself against the three and see which is weakest. If it is the skill, pick one and give it a month. If it is the honesty, say one true sentence to somebody who will not panic.
What are you doing well right now that you keep discounting?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
