Winning loud is fun. Winning in a way your little cousin could copy is better.

LEADERSHIP
Loud winning is about the moment, and copyable winning is about everyone who saw it. Somebody younger is always watching how you behave on top, and what you do becomes their template for what winning looks like. If the template is taunting, they learn that; if it is doing the work and then being decent, they learn that instead.
Pick one person who watches you: a cousin, a sibling, a younger kid at practice. Next time something goes your way, act as though they are standing there, because often enough they are. Enjoy it fully, and make it the version they could copy.
