LEADERSHIP
Where you are from sets your starting point and not your limit, and people mix those up constantly. A place can be small, far from things and short on opportunity, and still be the first line of an address rather than the last. The feeling of being stuck usually comes from assuming the people around you already mapped what is possible.
Find one person who left your area and did something you would want, and look at what their first step was. It was probably a course, a message or a job, and you could take one of those this month.
Have you treated where you grew up as a limit?
