When you’re stuck, make something terrible on purpose. It’s hard to be blocked when the bar is on the floor.

Being stuck is usually a standards problem rather than an ideas problem. When every attempt has to be good, starting becomes a risk, so your brain keeps you safely in the planning stage. Aiming for bad removes the risk, and the work moves because nothing is at stake. Often what comes out is not even terrible, just loose.
Give yourself fifteen minutes to make the worst version on purpose, the clumsiest drawing or the dumbest chorus you can manage. Do not fix anything as you go. When the timer ends, look for the one accidental part worth keeping.
Would you make something deliberately terrible to get moving again?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
