Some things cost nothing and still require enormous wealth of character.

Some of the most demanding things you can offer are free. Telling the truth when it costs you, apologising properly, staying present with someone in pain, admitting you were wrong in front of people. None of it requires resources and all of it requires something most people find harder to produce than money.

Pick one of those this week and do it once. It costs nothing, it is difficult, and it tends to change more than any purchase would.
