Being occupied all day does not prove anything important moved forward.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Occupation is not progress. A day can be entirely full and move nothing that matters, because effort spent on the wrong things registers as exhaustion just as convincingly as effort spent well. Tiredness is a poor measure of contribution and it is the one most people use.
At the end of a day, ask what is different now that was not this morning. If the honest answer is nothing, that is not a criticism, it is information about how the day was arranged.
