Some weeks discipline just means not making it worse. That counts.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Discipline gets imagined as advancing, and sometimes the honest version is holding position. In a bad week, not adding new damage is real work: not quitting, not skipping three days running, not burning something you will want later. The bar is low on purpose, because an achievable bar keeps the thing alive. Holding ground is what makes resuming possible.
If this is one of those weeks, lower the target instead of abandoning it. Decide the smallest version that still counts and do that. Write down what you are protecting, and let holding it be the whole aim until the week turns.
During your worst week, what did you manage to hold?
