Dogs watch your body language closely, and so do coworkers. Your shoulders announce your mood before you speak.

RESILIENCE
Your body broadcasts before you speak. A dog reads your shoulders and your pace, and so does a coworker, a customer, a younger teammate, all of whom have decided what kind of shift this is before you open your mouth. You do not get to opt out of that signal. You only get to notice it and choose it.
Check yourself at the door of your next shift or practice. Unclench your jaw, slow down, look up at people. If you genuinely are in a bad mood, say so plainly rather than making everyone guess from your posture.
What does your posture tell a room before you talk?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
