Credit and contribution are different things, and most useful work gets counted in the second column. A hive survives on a total, not on a name, and by winter the individual trips that made the total are impossible to tell apart. That can feel bleak or freeing depending on the day. Mostly it means your work can matter without anyone tracing it back to you.
