Busy and productive look the same from across the room. Up close, only one gets finished.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Activity is easy to confuse with progress, including by yourself. A day of motion can feel full and produce nothing finished, because effort is visible while completion is quiet, and only one of them changes anything. The test is not how occupied you were but what exists at the end that did not exist at the start. Busy is a feeling, finished is a fact.

At the end of today, write down what is actually done rather than what you worked on. If the list is short, name the one thing that ate the hours. Tomorrow, take one item all the way to finished before anything else.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

At the end of today, what will you have finished?
